We make an initial assessment of the project, and our management team identifies the current state of scope, timelines, communication channels, budget, team, etc. Based on the results of the assessment, we provide recommendations on the amount of effort needed to push the project to or to keep the project in the Green Zone.

Yellow Zone project

This is the warning indictor. It most often means that the project has experienced some serious issues and the project manager has had to make some decisions to deal with it. It doesn’t usually require executive involvement, but they should be aware for closer observation.
